User-friendly control panel for easy operation

The user-friendly control panel makes it easy to control the plasma cutting process. Once you have set the process and current according to the sheet thickness, the machine is ready to cut.

Zeta plasma cutters use only compressed air as the plasma gas and can be easily connected to your existing compressed air system. The machines can also be operated from a generator and have energy-saving standby functions for optimal cutting and operating costs.

The plasma arc is automatically ignited via the pilot arc , which increases the life of the gun's wear parts.

Fine arc carving with the Zeta 100

Zeta 100 supports fine arc carving, which is used to detect fusion defects after welding.

Sheet thickness determines machine selection

• The Zeta 100 is capable of quality cutting up to 25 mm thick.
• For rougher cuts , where there are no special requirements for the quality of the cut, the maximum sheet thickness can be increased by up to 50% .

Cutting perforated sheets as a basic function

By pressing the appropriate button, Zeta machines are ready to cut perforated or punched sheets.

Manual cutting

The Zeta 100 is available with a gun with a 6-meter working cable for manual cutting, but a version with a 15-meter working cable is also available on request for larger work areas.
